As a local staple, Brad’s Service Center is cherished by their Western Massachusetts community for its great customer service and affordable prices. In the 80s, the company’s namesake, Brad, and his technicians founded a racing team called Team 33 that helped further establish them as hometown heroes.
Our challenge was to create a brand that felt modern and elevated but not intimidatingly different to its loyal customers. We paid homage to their rich heritage and helped usher in a new era of Brad’s, creating the visual identity, collateral, and their digital presence.
